A | Great! You have a few options. Either check out the list of Stores that are carrying Hug and Kiss products, find us at an upcoming Event, or check out the online Store and buy things from the comfort of your own home.
Q | If I buy something online, how long does shipping take?
A | Orders are procesed and mailed through Canada Post within 3-4 business days of the order being placed (in most cases). Depending on where you live, shipping will likely take 7-10 business days. However, international orders could take a bit longer and local deliveries will likely go faster.
Orders placed during the months of November and December may take a little longer. Because of the busy holiday season for both us and Canada Post, orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days and may take longer than usual for deliver. We recommend ordering your products sooner rather than later if you're hoping for arrival before Christmas.
Q | Okay, so shipping doesn't take long, but what does it cost?
A | Normally that depends on what you're buying and how much it costs. However, for an undetermined amount of time SHIPPING IS ABSOLUTELY FREE!!! How wonderful.
